Moroccan tagine and harissa.

I made harissa and Moroccan vegetable stew with couscous. It was sooooo good. The vegetables are flavored with ras el hanout, turmeric, paprika, garlic and cooked in a tomatoey broth. The spicy and garlicky harissa adds the perfect amount of heat.
