Vegan torta with black beans, boca burger patty, Daiya Swiss, pico de gallo, jalapeño, lettuce, grilled veggies and avocado. Oh and chipotle mayo. This was so yum.
Black beans burger from At My Table by Mary McCartney. So good. The sautéed red onions, mushroom and garlic make this burger so flavorful.
