Dalgona coffee.

Freaking delicious! Whip up 2 TB each of: instant coffee granules, granulated sugar, hot water. With a springy spiral whisk by hand it took me and some muscle work about 10 minutes. Pour over chilled soymilk. Stir it up for maximum deliciousness.
Edit: it took 10 minutes because I started out with a flat whisk which was taking forever. Once I switched to the spring coil whisk it took no time at all. If you use this style whisk, you will be able to whip it up in under five minutes.
