  3. Want to try another healthier version of pizza to boost up your whole grain intake?

    Here is our brown rice pizza crust recipe:-

    Mix all ingredients below:
    Olive oil 20g
    Water 200g
    Sugar 10g
    Yeast 3g
    A pinch of salt

    Add in ingredients below
    Oat flour 55g
    NutriBrownRice™ (Original) 35g x 2 sachets = 70g
    Cornstarch 50g
    Flour 280g

    Knead the dough and set aside for 1 hour before you bake it with your favourite ingredients such as tomato paste, tuna, chicken and mozzarella cheese.

    Bake in oven at 170 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
