Cake Making and Veg News Mac n Cheez

Made a German chocolate cake for my husband's birthday.

The recipe is from Susan's fat free vegan blog. The coconut pecan frosting is delicious!


Cheez sauce from Veg News which is cashew, potato and carrot based.

I added peas. This was seriously creamy!

My lunch with a side of stuffing and gravy.

    Happy birthday to your hubby! That cake looks amazing, I used to LOVE German chocolate cake in my pregan days! I have serious mac and cheese envy now!!
