Delicious tempeh and veggie rolls (recipe from Veganomicon) that I will serve to my in-laws and husband for supper. The filling is tempeh chunks coated in vegan mayo with a little sesame oil and chili sauce, carrots, cucumber and scallion.
A mountain of rolls in celebration of my two days off tomorrow and Friday!

ReplyDeletei have been wanting to try this recipe but i haven't made sushi or anything of the like ever, so a wee bit intimidated. was it pretty easy? scale of 1-10?

ReplyDeleteI'd say on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being easy, it was a 5? The thing is, the first roll you do is always going to be hard but the ones after get easier and easier.
Awesome! I love that recipe and use it often. Though I add avocado to the filling.
