This is what I had for dinner! I was craving pancakes like crazy so I had to give in and make them. I took the recipe from "You Won't Believe It's Vegan!" and substituted spelt flour for the all purpose flour and rice milk for the soy milk. Perfect pancakes if you ask me.

ReplyDeleteIt's the same idea as using butter on pancakes. It gets all melty right before you pour on the maple syrup!
Oooh pancakes are our kiddos favorites!! We usually make them using Kamut Wheat though - but spelt would be yummy too I bet :)
