After having breakfast in bed, then lunch I thought, why not dinner? So here it is. After a nice productive day at work I came home to this. Baked mac n "cheese", cucumber salad and a side of sweet melon. It was perfect.
Mmm, I love mac and 'cheese' I also love any excuse to get to bed, maybe I could stay in bed all day and call my mother up to bring me treats like this?
That looks really good right about now! I have a really hard time staying awake when I get in bed, though... I have to read on the couch!
